Shipping and returns

Return Policy

You may return items for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 5 days of purchase. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@gatherphx.com / return your item to: 901 N 1st Street, Phoenix Arizona US.

The sender is responsible for shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
